Black anneald wire made by the material of low carbon Steel Wire, the diameter of wire from 0.15mm to 4.5mm. The tensile of strength on 300-550N/mm2. Our factory provide the weight of 25kg, 50kg 100kg per coil.

Other weight of per coil offered as customer request. Black annealed wire offers excellent flexibility and softness due to its oxygen-free annealing process. It is rust proof within 6 months without any oil coating.

2. Application: Black annealed wire is mainly used as industrial wire, construction wire, industrial bale tie wire and constructional tie wire, etc
3. Technology
Black annealed wire material is normally provided by the Q195 type drawing rod into the black wire. The selected raw materials after 1000 degrees high temperature calcination keep enough time, then to appropriate cooling rate. The purpose is to reduce the hardness, improved machinability; elimination of residual stress, stable size, reduce the deformation and crack tendency; grain refinement, restructuring the organization, eliminate defects in the organization.
4. Package: in coils and from 1kg/coil to 800kg/coil then each coil to be wrapped inside with PVC strips and outside with Hessian cloth or inside with PVC strips and outside with weaving bag,or as our customer requirements.
